My career began in  Lethbridge in 1995 as a budding young stylist, and I quickly set my sights on making big changes for our community. I opened Catwalk Salon Spa in 2002 with the goal of providing head-to-toe services, and I could not be more proud of who are heading into our 20th year. I bring 25 years of education to my business, including training in New York, London, and the Caribbean. My mom and Salon Director, Jo-Anne, taught me that ongoing education is a must and the importance to keep evolving as a stylist, and I never settle on what I already know as good enough. I am a Master Stylist, an educator, a public speaker, and an animal lover. I am passionate about community and help with organizations/events that promote beauty culture and LGBTQ+ awareness. My philosophy at Catwalk is to treat you like family and have you leave feeling like a star. My scissors, colour brush, and blow dryer are my magic wands!

I am a Master Stylist and the Salon Director here at Catwalk. I have been in the industry for 40 years as an owner, educator and Master Stylist, and have had the good fortune to travel the world furthering my education as well as educating others.  I am a certified Hotheads extensions specialist and I enjoy colouring, styling, and texture work. I delight in styling and preparing our clients for their most important events. I am very passionate about ongoing education. I pride myself in staying current with the latest trends and techniques, and continue to encourage the same of our staff by organizing training for them on a regular basis.

I’ve been part of the Catwalk Salon team since April 2025 and am excited to step into my role as Manager. I’m dedicated to creating an inviting and positive atmosphere where clients feel comfortable and confident in the care they receive. With a creative spirit and a love for connecting with people, I strive to support both our talent staff and our clients in every aspect of the salon. 

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, finding new adventures and being with my friends & family. I am the proud mother of three, a 20yr old daughter and my two busy boys, 6 and 8. My kids continually inspire me to work hard, stay creative and appreciate the little things in life.

Hair is in my DNA. I joined the Catwalk team back in 2002 as an apprentice under Levi Cox, and continued my education in Victoria at Aveda School of Hair Design. I finished mastering in Vancouver and worked there for 8 years before returning to Lethbridge. I am obsessed with long hair, and blonde colouring and highlights are my favourites. I’m always taking new clients! I love hair, let me help you love yours.

Hi, I’m Shanlee! I’m excited to be joining the Catwalk team. While I’m new to the salon, I bring 36 years of experience behind the chair and a passion for continuous education and creating beautiful hair.

I love working with all hair types, from curly to straight and everything in between. I specialize in balayage, dimensional color, and customized coloring techniques, helping each client achieve a look that complements their individual style.

I graduated from Purely Inspired Clinical Esthetics Program, and am excited to have joined The Catwalk team. I love esthetics and meeting new people. I enjoy it all but my favourite things are manicures, pedicures, make-up, facials and hot stone massages. I have a passion for the services I provide and want to make my guests feel welcomed and special! I am also a mom and an animal mom and I love music, movies and chilling at home with my family.

I’m Madison, a graduate from Bella Elite and member of the CATWALK team since January 2026.

I am a dedicated esthetician driven by the art of transformation. I offer eyelash extensions, gel nails, lash lifts & tints and brow enhancements bringing attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to continuous growth with every service I provide.

My goal is to create a welcoming sanctuary where every client feels genuinely comfortable and leaves feeling like the  most beautiful version of themselves!

Outside of esthetics, my creativity and passion extend into music production, art, learning about animals and exploring the outdoors.

I have been an aesthetician for over 15 years and joined Catwalk in 2009. I achieved certification through Training Inc. and Purely Inspired. I am proficient in pedicures, manicures, makeup application and many body treatments, including Brazilian, facials, and body wraps. I am a people person and I love my one-on-one time with clients.  I am an expert in  Skeyndor, our favourite skincare line, and SST Cosmetics, our favourite makeup line, and my knowledge in these areas will help you feel confident and look your best.

My journey began with my beautician diploma from my birth country of Nepal.

I worked with multicultural people at Elegance Beauty from 2010-2021 in London England.

While there I perfected my skills in the Esthetics Industry. I feel a very strong connection to my clients happiness and in turn it makes me feel happy.

Working at Catwalk has been a dream come true!  Both my clients and coworkers are amazing people. My passions include Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, Threading and Waxing including Brazillians with hard wax!

I love to cook, travel and spend time with my family.

I first worked at Catwalk in an administrative role way back in 2005/06. After a Ph.D. at McGill and nearly 7 years in Germany I decided to make the move back to my hometown. I have been enjoying the transition back to life in southern Alberta and returning to the Catwalk family has been fantastic! I look forward to helping you in any way I can.

Hi my name’s Posh!
I’ve been working at Catwalk Salon Spa since December 13 (Levi Cox’s birthday!). When you come visit me at the salon you’ll see how quickly I moved up the ranks to employee of the month every month. I love when little humans come to visit so I can really get my playing in. When I’m all tired out from playing I like to find a warm lap to take my naps. I hope you don’t mind!

Hi my name’s Tux!
I joined the team at Catwalk salon spa after my sister Posh referred me for the position! You will usually find me following closely behind her as she shows me the ropes. I will often try to steal the spotlight with my boyish good looks.  I will happily come rub against your legs to encourage some pets. Don’t let my gentle and calm nature fool you, I love to play!

Though I may be elusive, I take my job as as the Emotional Support Cat for the Catwalk staff very seriously. I spend my day downstairs in the communal staff area, getting pets and hiding from my sister Cleo. I like to come up and hang out on the stairs during the quieter moment in the shop. I can be quite shy, but if you approach me gently, I will take a nice scratch on the head. A sighting of me guarantees you 6 weeks of great hair!
