FAQ & Salon Etiquette


Please check in approximately 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment. If you are a first time massage guest or if you are having a facial/body treatment you will have a form to fill out. Late arrival will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa experience, as your service must still end on time to ensure our next guest is not delayed.


Reservations are recommended in advance and any service over $125.00 is secured with your credit card.


All treatments you select are reserved especially for you with respect for other guests and employees. All cancellations and or changes require a 24 hour notice. Please be sure to cancel in advance as there are people on waiting lists. Catwalk Salon reserves the right to bill $30.00 for a missed appointment fee.


You will be provided with a robe and spa sandals to wear. You will be fully draped by the therapists during service. You may wear your undergarments or a bathing suit during body treatments if desired. Disposable undergarments can be provided upon request. It is strongly recommended that all guests change into a salon robe prior to any hair service especially coloring. Although changing is optional- any color/product transfer is incurred at your own risk if you remain in streetwear.


For Service Excellence, gratuities are graciously accepted. Gift Cards do not include gratuities. In consideration of all, turn cell phones off please.


At Catwalk we are dedicated to ensuring a clean environment for each service. Not only by using a new bottle of nail polish for every pedicure, also by sterilizing all of our implements in a medical grade autoclave between every guest as well as other numerous sanitary procedures. This way we can guarantee the highest level of cleanliness so you can relax, knowing you have the most protection possible.
